FOLLOW, WATCH, & SUBSCRIBE

Jen is a healer in the truest sense of the word. Ā I had been receiving acupuncture for a couple years before meeting her. Ā When I decided to switch and receive treatment from her, my results were so much more pronounced. Ā I had relief much faster, also. She is a caring person that has helped me in so many ways.

I’m Dr. Jen Yocum, Licensed Acupuncturist, Yoga Teacher, Expert on Chinese Medicine-based Nutrition, and Author.

I believe you’re here because you’re ready to make significant, impactful changes in your life. I use principles of Eastern Medicine and Energy Work to help empower you to create lasting positive shifts in your body, mind, and spirit.

Here on my site, you’ll find tons of information about how to make those changes. I’ve created and shared recipes made with tasty, whole-foods-based ingredients that work with my signature online program, The Chinese Medicine Cleanse.
