I work with a very limited number of clients 1-on-1 and design a 6-week weight loss program to specifically meet their weight loss and wellness goals using Chinese Medicine principles.

You have weight loss goals, but you’ve struggled in the past to find a program that works with your lifestyle and meets your needs. Not all diets or exercise programs are created alike, and none of them are made just for you…until now.  

In this elite program, I work with you directly 1-on-1 to find out your needs, create a diagnosis in Chinese Medicine, and design a diet and meal plan, movement plan, and lifestyle plan that will bring you into balance and help shed the extra pounds so you can feel your best and bring your gifts to the world.

How does the program work?

  1. Choose working together in person or electronically, whichever is more convenient for you.

Sessions can take place in my private office in the Baltimore/DC area, or via Zoom, Skype, or telephone. I am able to accommodate working with clients in all time zones.

  1.  Our first get-to-know-you/intake appointment lasts for 2 hours.

During this time I get a full medical history, social history, and complete any diagnostic steps. This helps me to determine the best treatment plan and recommendations for you.

  1.  In less than a week, you have a full plan designed for you to begin to implement.

Your treatment plan will include diet, movement, and lifestyle recommendations that will bring you the fastest results.  Everything is mapped out to make it easy for you to understand. You will receive PDFs or documents of recommendations, videos with any instructions or coaching I want to walk you through, and we will hop on a 30 minute call to review your plan and schedule your future check-in calls.

  1. Weekly check-in calls with me.

We will meet virtually or in person for weekly 30 minute check-in calls to keep you accountable, on track, and to make any adjustments to your plan.  

  1.  Access to me any time via email.

Your custom program allows you access to me via email with any questions you may have, or if you just want to update me or say hi!  

Over the last year I have had some great results from The Chinese Medicine Cleanse and the personal recommendations for reading, acupuncture in my area and exercise from Jen. I used to feel bloated and constipated all the time but until the cleanse I didn’t know that’s what it was and didn’t realize I could feel any different just by changing what I ate.
