Fuel Your Spirit is a 7-day online program focusing on the spiritual aspects of disordered eating, including overeating. It gives you practical tips and exercises to work through your blocks to help heal trauma, negative stories, and subconscious reasons for weight gain or retention, and other eating disorders. It is a great follow-up or add-on course to The Chinese Medicine Cleanse, or a good place to start if you feel there is a strong emotional or psychological component to your weight and/or body issues.
1-ON-1 PRIVATE WEIGHT LOSS COACHING
