Ah the holidays…it truly is the most wonderful time of the year.  The enchanting atmosphere- the joy, the wonder, re-lit in adults as they see these qualities in their children; the love as people gather and celebrate these holy days together…it really does warm my heart in a way that no other time of the year does.  The best gifts truly are time spent with loved ones, especially when we learn not to take this time for granted.

Some people I know turn into a bit of a Grinch this time of the year, because they see so much commercialization, and focus on gifts and buying.  I get it, that truly isn’t what this season is about.  However, as someone who truly loves giving thoughtful and meaningful gifts, this time of the year is exciting for me.  I can ignore the noise and some of the sleaziness, because I can connect the joy and passion of giving from the heart.  This year, because yet again my siblings don’t want to exchange gifts (which honestly makes me a little sad, but I get it), and because I love to give, I chose to give gifts to kids living in Baltimore who were in need, and because their mom was listed on there as someone who was receiving these gifts for them, I decided to throw in some gifts for her too.  It really does feel good to give.

If you feel in a giving mood, why not make the gifts you give be ones that will improve the health and wellbeing of your loved one?  This year, I put together a list of items that not only I offer, but ones that I personally use and love.  I don’t have any paid affiliations with any of them…I just love these products and support the people who make them.  So without further ado, here is my holiday gift guide for this year, with my favorite things that are sure to bring some peace and joy in the lives of whoever receives them!

1. The Chinese Medicine Cleanse programFor the person who is looking to lose weight, gain energy, and start out the new year on a positive note.  My signature 3-week program is getting a makeover, with brand new updated content, videos, and more.  From now through December 14th, get all this new content at the original price of $97.  It goes up to $197 on December 15th, so get it while you can at this lower price.  You can purchase the cleanse here.  If you want to give it as a gift, then contact me about gift card options so that your loved one can start the program when it’s convenient for them.  Email me at jen@jenyocum.com for details.

2. The Universe Has Your Back journalFor the person who would love a beautiful, inspirational journal in which to write their thoughts and aspirations. This journal is an accompaniment to Gabby Bernstein’s book by the same name, and while I do recommend the book as well, the journal is a new release and is truly a work of art.  I just got it myself and can’t wait to use it!  Purchase it here.

3. Puro Co. soapsFor the person who loves to support small businesses and could use a luxurious spa-like experience in the shower.  These soaps are made by one of my business friends, Kristyn, who has trained extensively in aromatherapy, herbs, and more to create amazing soaps and other products.  She has many scents, and my favorite is Vanilla Cardamom.  Check out her soaps here.

4. Tiny Devotions jewelry For the person who likes to support conscious retail, and loves crystals or stones and beautiful jewelry.  I have been supporting them for years, and have several pieces from Tiny Devotions.  This year, I purchased a kid’s Confidence Mala for my daughter (can’t wait to see her open it; she’s lusted after my necklaces for years), as well as the two rings in the picture above, the Tiny Seed of Life Ring in rose gold, and the Clear Quartz Meditation Ring, also in rose gold.  I love that all of their rings are adjustable, so they fit any size and you can switch around what finger to wear the ring on if you want.  Check out their website to shop for something that catches your eye.

5. Conquer Your Year plannerFor the entrepreneur.  This is an amazing annual planner created by my business mentor, Natalie MacNeil.  It helps business owners organize their year into “sprints” and then helps you to break down tasks to get more done.  It even includes places to track self-care and set personal goals.  This planner has it all.  Get it here.

6. Fuel Your Spirit programFor the person looking to lose weight who has tried everything else.  Disordered eating, including excess weight, often has links to trauma, emotional abuse and teasing, or other insults that hurt the spirit deeply.  This course focuses on ways to help lift the spirit and make room for positive changes to help move that energy and come to a healthy relationship to food.  Find out more here.

I hope this list serves you and your loved ones this holiday season.  Remember to cherish these moments and memories you make with one another, as we join in celebration of Holy-Days, and bring an end to 2018.  I am grateful for each and every one of you, and for this work I get to do on the planet.

Wishing each of you a happy and healthy holiday season.

With deep love,

Jen

P.S. If anyone is looking to give me a gift, those fluffy socks in the photo above look pretty darn awesome (and that whole scene…haha).  😉
