Welcome!

I’m Dr. Jen Yocum, Licensed Acupuncturist, Yoga Teacher, Expert on Chinese Medicine-based Nutrition, and Former Neuroscientist.

I believe you’re here because you’re ready to make significant, impactful changes in your life. I combine Chinese Medicine-based nutrition theory with modern scientific research to help empower you to create lasting positive shifts in your body, mind, and spirit.

Here on my site, you’ll find tons of information about how to make those changes. I’ve created and shared recipes made with tasty, whole-foods-based ingredients that work with my signature online program, The Chinese Medicine Cleanse. There are yoga videos, articles about wellness topics, and you can find out ways to work with me, both virtually and in-person.

Jen is a healer in the truest sense of the word. I had been receiving acupuncture for a couple years before meeting her. When I decided to switch and receive treatment from her, my results were so much more pronounced. I had relief much faster, also. She is a caring person that has helped me in so many ways.
