In 2020, it’s hard not to live in the future- wishing for the pandemic to be over, wanting election drama to end, hoping for some new job…but in reality, there is no moment other than the present moment. I put together a meditation for you to listen to and come back to any time you feel yourself slip out of the present moment and into the future or the past. In the present moment, there is no anxiety, no depression, no fear…we are here, and that is all there is. So listen to this short meditation and allow yourself to be in the present moment for these few minutes.
