I had some oyster mushrooms in the fridge, and I was in the mood for BBQ flavoring. The thing is, I’m currently doing a beta test for my Advanced Chinese Medicine Cleanse, and we are limiting ingredients like refined sugar. Therefore, I had to come up with a way to use the flavors of BBQ sauces or rubs using healthier ingredients. This recipe is a quick and simple way to do that!
