I have been making this for several years, and it is insanely popular at gatherings, as well as just at home with the kids. The only problem is, this doesn’t last long at all…because everyone gobbles it down so quickly!
Serves 6
Ingredients:
5 small avocados
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp cilantro
1/4 tsp flaky sea salt or kosher salt
Directions:
Cut avocados into chunks (around 12 chunks per half), and add to a medium sized bowl. Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl, and then add all other ingredients and gently mix together. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
