Watch out, this Vegan Cheesy Chive Spread is addictive! I have loved Miyoko’s Chive Spread for months since first trying it, but it comes with a hefty price tag, and has cashews in it, which my husband is allergic to. This version is nut-free if you use a vegan cream cheese that is soy based instead of the almond-based one I use. This spread is great for the holidays as a vegan cheese centerpiece with crackers and veggies, and it works just as well in every day applications like my Roasted Tomato Toast with Vegan Cheesy Chive Spread.

Vegan Cheesy Chive Spread
Serves 8
Total Time: 5 mins

freshly cracked salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Chop the chives into small pieces, and combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Can last in the fridge for several days. Enjoy!
